UX Consolidation

UX Consolidation Strategy

Overview

After Pushpay M&A with Church Community Builder, a market decision has been made to bring our products into one package. This package is called “Church Staq” and it has been positioned in the market as an All-In-One solution. Since then, cross-product deep-linking has begun and researches have validated that we need to continue driving for seamless workflows.

Problem

The platforms come from different acquisitions and some of the built in-house products aren't very consistent. Given that, it is complicated to deliver a seamless family of products. Some of the user flows that need to be consolidated don't necessarily start and end within the same module or even product, and the look and feel is disorienting.

Scope

The main interest for the UX Team is to reduce the gaps throughout the products user flows in order to enable a seamless and more pleasurable journey to our customers.
